Thai red chicken curry
Chicken in a rich fragrant cooking sauce with a hint of lemongrass and lime leaf.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 chicken breasts sliced
1Tbsp fresh coriander chopped to garnish
1 jar of of Sharwood's Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce
1) Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.
2) Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3) Stir in the sauce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
4) Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
