Sharwood's Thai Green Curry Cooking Sauce

Our Thai Green Curry sauce is ...

Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 chicken breasts sliced
1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped to garnish
1 jar of Sharwood's Thai Green Curry Cooking Sauce


Method:
1) Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.
2) Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until cooked.
3) Stir in the sauce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
4) Serve immediately garnished with coriander.

We use this with Prawns and it makes a quick yummy mid-week meal. It's so mild that kids will love it.

The best TGC Sauce I found on the UK market. Usually ready to eat in 20 minutes. Require own vegies of your choice but that's even better cause you are not limited to a jar content! good stuff

Add some chopped green chilli to intensify the heat or dilute the spice by adding some coconut milk
