Thai green chicken curry
Chicken cooked in a rich fragrant sauce with Lemongrass and lime leaf.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 3-4
Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 chicken breasts sliced
1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped to garnish
1 jar of Sharwood's Thai Green Curry Cooking Sauce
Method:
1) Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.
2) Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until cooked.
3) Stir in the sauce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
4) Serve immediately garnished with coriander.

Add some chopped green chilli to intensify the heat or dilute the spice by adding some coconut milk

Cooking Tip
Stir-frying vegetables
Try to avoid overcooking your stir-fried vegetables. You'll know when they're done because their colours are enhanced (bright green for broccoli) – that way they still retain most of their essential nutrients.
