Shopping list:
1 jar of of Sharwood's Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce
4 chicken breasts thinly sliced
1Tbsp vegetable oil
100g frozen peas
Chopped coriander to garnish
2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles


Method:
1) Cook, rinse and drain the noodles according to the instructions.
2) Heat the oil in a wok or a deep sided frying pan.
3) Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes.
4) Stir in the curry sauce, frozen peas and noodles.
5) Stir-fry for 3 minutes and serve garnished with chopped coriander.

To make the tastiest Thai dishes, try to use fresh ingredients. Most Thai leaf herbs such as basil leaf, lose their flavour, texture and colour if frozen. Kaffir lime leaf is an exception and can be frozen.
