Shopping list:
1 jar of of Sharwood's Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce
4 chicken breasts thinly sliced
1Tbsp vegetable oil
100g frozen peas
Chopped coriander to garnish
2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles


Method:
1) Cook, rinse and drain the noodles according to the instructions.
2) Heat the oil in a wok or a deep sided frying pan.
3) Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes.
4) Stir in the curry sauce, frozen peas and noodles.
5) Stir-fry for 3 minutes and serve garnished with chopped coriander.

Cooking Tip

Adjusting saltiness

To tone down a dish that's too salty, add lime juice or lemon juice. For a dish that's not salty enough, add fish sauce instead of salt - or soy sauce if you're vegetarian. This will give the dish more flavour as well.
