Your submission will be reviewed by the Sharwood's team and any content which they deem to be inappropriate will be deleted. This will include any material which is deemed unlawful libelous abusive or offensive in the absolute discretion of Sharwood's. Depending on the extent of any editing this may mean that your entire posting will be removed.
If we are unclear about any aspect of your submission we will contact you by email to seek further clarification.
Subject to the above, your recipe or recipe review will be published on the Website within 10 working days after you submit it with details of your name and your town/area for such time as Sharwood's in its absolute discretion shall determine.
By making any submission, you give Sharwood's the unrestricted right to use, reproduce and distribute it for any other purpose it shall in its absolute discretion determine (such as PR/advertising). Sharwood's undertakes that where it uses any material you have submitted it will credit you as author.
If at any stage having posted your submission you wish us to remove it, please write to us at the address in the paragraph headed "OUR CONTACT DETAILS" below including your full name, address and other contact details or alternatively email unsubscribe@premierfoods.com from the email account we have in your records.

We will send you the full ingredient list for the specified recipe by text to the mobile phone number stated in your application. This must be your mobile phone number. Sharwood's cannot be liable to you or any third party for unauthorised use of a third party's mobile phone.
There will be no charge for this text message.
We will keep details of your mobile phone number, so next time you ask us to text you, your phone number will automatically appear but if at any stage you wish us to remove from our records, please write to us at the address in the paragraph headed "OUR CONTACT DETAILS" below including your full name, address and other contact details or alternatively email unsubscribe@premierfoods.com
Email a recipe to me/ my friend
We will email the specified recipe by text to the email address stated in your application. If this is not your email account you warrant that you have permission to pass this person's details to us. Sharwood's cannot be liable to you or any third party for the receipt of unsolicited emails.
There will be no charge for this service.

The material on the Website is protected by copyright and the copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website is owned by and shall at all times remain our property or the property of our licensors, as appropriate.
