Chicken Korma


A creamy curry with coconut and saffron. Full of flavour but not too spicy. Ready in 20 minutes; serve with fluffy rice and top with sliced almonds and fresh coriander.

Shopping List

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2-3 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 jar Sharwood's Korma Cooking Sauce
  • 25g toasted sliced almonds
  • Chopped fresh coriander

How To

  1. Fry the chicken in the oil until sealed.
  2. Pop open the jar of Korma Cooking Sauce, stir in and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer gently for 10 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve with rice and a selection of warmed Sharwood's Mini Naan Breads.
  5. For that extra burst of flavour, sprinkle on some fresh chopped coriander.
