    Stir Fried Duck With Pineapple

    For a celebration or a treat duck stir-fried with pineapple in a sweet and sour sauce.

    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tsp garlic - finely chopped
    2 duck breast - skinned and sliced
    1 green pepper - sliced
    1x225g can pineapple chunks - drained
    1 jar Sharwood's Sweet & Sour
    2 spring onions - shredded to garnish

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or heavy based frying pan. Add garlic and fry for 1 min. Add duck and stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Add green pepper and continue frying for a further min. Stir in sweet and sour sauce and pineapple and heat through. Garnish with spring onions.
