2 chicken breasts - sliced
1 Tbsp oil
1 red peppers - thinly sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean and 3 Mushroom Stir-Fry Sauce
Cooking Method
Stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes. Add the pepper and continue stir-frying for a further 3 minutes. Reduce the heat add the sauce and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Try serving with: Fried beansprouts and egg noodles or Thai fragrant rice. Tip: This dish is also delicious when made with beef, pork or prawns.
