Pork And Peppers In Black Bean Sauce
Black bean is a classic restaurant flavour, using Sharwood's Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce it is quick and easy to produce.

Shopping list
1 Tbsp oil
350 g pork - cubed
2 red peppers - thinly sliced
null spring onions - shredded to garnish
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir fry pork for 3 mins, add thinly sliced peppers and stir-fry for a further 2 mins. Add a jar of Sharwood’s stir-fry Black Bean sauce, heat through and serve garnished with sliced spring onions.
