Lamb Palak
Delicious tender pieces of lamb cooked in Sharwood’s Madras Sauce, a rich sauce with tomato and chilli. The addition of spinach makes a classic combination.

Shopping list
300g lamb - trimmed and cubed
1 jar Sharwood's Madras
175g spinach frozen leaf - chopped
1 tomato - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Place the lamb in a pan, and pour over the Madras Sauce.
Cover and simmer over a low heat for 45 minutes.
Add frozen spinach and cook for a further 15 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh tomato.
