    1 Tbsp oil
    ½ onion - thinly sliced
    2 chicken breasts - sliced
    3 pineapple rings - sliced
    2 spring onions - shredded to garnish
    2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
    1 jar Sharwood's Sweet & Sour

    Cooking Method

    Cook and drain noodles according to instructions on pack. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry onion for 2 mins. Add chicken and stir-fry for further 5 minutes. Add pineapple and Sharwood’s Sweet and Sour sauce, stir in and add noodles. Heat through and serve immediately garnished with spring onion.
