Goan Prawn Masala
Prawns are delicious cooked in a fruity chilli sauce.

Shopping list
1 medium onion - diced
1 tsp garlic - finely chopped
½ tsp fresh ginger - finely chopped
2 Tbsp oil - for frying
230g can chopped tomato wedges to garnish
50g Creamed coconut
3 Tbsp Sharwood's Sweet Chilli Sauce
450g king prawns - cooked and peeled
Cooking Method
Puree the onion, garlic and ginger in a food processor until smooth. Fry in the oil for 5 mins until well cooked and brown. Add the chopped tomatoes, creamed coconut and sweet chilli sauce and cook for 5 mins. Add the king prawns, heat through and serve immediately.
