Chicken Tikka
Skewered chicken which is marinated then grilled or barbecued.

3 Tbsp Sharwood's Tikka Paste
4 Tbsp natural yoghurt - full fat
675g Chicken - cubed
1 Lettuce to garnish
null Onion rings to garnish
null cucumber - cut into fine strips to garnish
1 Tbsp lemon wedges to garnish
Cooking Method
Blend together the Tikka paste, yoghurt and chicken and leave to marinade in a cool place for a few hours or preferably overnight. Shake off the excess marinade and place under a hot grill. Grill turning frequently for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnish with onion rings, pieces of cucumber and wedges of lemon or lime
