Chicken Korma
True Kormas are spicy, not hot and very creamy.

1 onion - diced
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
450g chicken breasts - sliced
1/2 jar Sharwood's Korma Curry Paste
3 Tbsp double cream
150ml water
2 Tbsp ground almonds
Cooking Method
Fry the onion in oil. When golden, add the chicken and mild curry paste. Fry for a further 10 minutes. Add the water, cover tightly and simmer gently for 10 mins until chicken is tender. Adding more water if necessary during cooking. Just before serving stir in double cream and ground almonds.
