    75g besan flour
    1 tsp whole cummin
    2 tsp Sharwood's Mild Curry Powder
    ½ tsp salt to taste
    3 Tbsp water
    1 small cauliflower - divided into small florets
    null Onion rings to garnish
    null Lime wedges to garnish
    1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish

    Cooking Method

    Combine the besan flour, spices and salt, gradually add the water to make the batter. Dip the florets into the batter, deep-fry in moderately hot oil until crisp and golden. Drain on kitchen paper, serve immediately garnished with onion rings, lime and coriander.This mixture can also be used with onions, aubergines and courgettes.
