    1 Tbsp oil
    350g rump steak - thinly sliced
    2 small green pepper - sliced
    1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean

    Cooking Method

    Heat wok, add oil and then stir- fry beef rapidly for 2-3 minutes. Add the green pepper and continue stir frying for a further minute. Add sauce and heat through, gently coating the ingredients thoroughly. Serve immediately.
