    1 Tbsp oil
    350g beef sirloin - thinly sliced
    1 red pepper - sliced
    1 green pepper - sliced
    1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean
    1 spring onion - sliced to garnish

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add the beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Add peppers and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in sauce, heat through and serve garnished with spring onion.
