Beef And Coconut Curry
Beef is slow cooked with hot curry powderand cocnut to produce a delicious rich curry.

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
750g chuck steak/shin beef - cubed
2 onion - diced
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
4 heaped tsps Sharwood's Hot Curry Powder
50g Sharwood's Creamed Coconut
1 tbsp Sharwood's Sweet Major Grey Mango Chutney
125ml hot water
Pinch salt - to taste
Cooking Method
Quickly stir-fry beef in extremely hot oil until brown. Add onions and garlic and fry gently for 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and cook gently for 2 minutes. Blend the coconut with the hot water and stir into the curry. Add chutney and salt. Simmer gently for approximately 2 hours.
