2 pieces pak choy - coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp oil
225g rump steak - thinly sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Lemongrass
Cooking Method
Blanch the pak choy in boiling water for 2 minutes, rinse, refresh in cold water and drain thoroughly. Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add the beef and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes. Add the pak choy and Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli and Lemongrass Stir- Fry Sauce, heat through and serve.
