Barbecue Spare Ribs
A classic Chinese dish that is fun to eat and will be a firm favourite with the family.

14 Pork spare ribs
75ml Sharwood's Rich Soy
1 clove garlic - finely chopped
2 Tbsp dry sherry
100ml water
2 Tbsp caster sugar
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Separate the spare ribs, place in a large roasting tin. Combine the remaining ingredients together. Pour over the ribs to coat. Cover roasting tin with aluminium foil and cook in a pre-heated oven fan 180oC/conventional 200oC/gas 5 for 1 hour. Remove foil and raise temperature to fan 200oC/conventional 220oC, Gas Mark 7 and cook for a further 20 minutes, basting ribs occasionally. Serve with stir-fried rice.
