    1 small cauliflower - cut into florets
    110g (4oz) green beans - halved
    1 jar Sharwood's Kerala Spice Blend
    200ml (1/3 pt) coconut milk
    1 tomato - cut into wedges

    Cooking Method

    Place the cauliflower and beans into a pan and stir in the spice blend. Add the coconut milk and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for 10 mins, or until the cauliflower and tomato are just cooked through. Serve with Sharwoods Naan Bread and Sharwoods Green Label Mango Chutney.
