Thai Red Prawn Curry

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 red peppers - thinly sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Thai Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Hot Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp tomato puree
150ml (1/4 pt) water
225g (8oz) king prawns - cooked and peeled
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Stir fry the pepper for 2 mins. Add the Spice Blend, chilli sauce, tomato puree and 150ml of water. Simmer uncovered on a medium heat for 5 mins. Stir in the prawns and simmer uncovered for a further 5 mins. Serve with Sharwoods Egg Noodles.
