2-3 chicken breasts - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Thai Spice Blend
200ml (1/3 pint) coconut milk
110g (4oz) green beans - halved
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Stir fry the chicken for 3 mins. Add the Spice Blend and coconut milk and simmer uncovered for 5 mins. Stir in the beans and simmer for a further 10 mins. Serve with Sharwoods Egg Noodles.
