    350g chunky cod fillets – cubed
    100g prawns
    1 jar Sharwood’s Tikka Sauuce
    2 Tbsp coriander - chopped
    2 Tbsp spring onions - chopped

    Cooking Method

    • Place fish in a pan, pour over Tikka sauce, and simmer gently for 5 minutes until fish is almost cooked.

    • Add the prawns and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

    • Stir in the coriander and spring onions
