2 blocks Sharwood's Fine Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts - sliced
1 can (227g) pineapple pieces - drained
1 pot Sharwood's Malaysian Noodle Sauce
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Cook noodles as directed on back of pack and drain. Heat oil and stir-fry chicken for 2-3 minutes. Add pineapple and stir in the contents of one jar of Sharwood's Malaysian Stir-in Sauce for Noodles. Add noodles, heat through, and serve immediately.
