1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 chicken breasts - cubed
1 jar Sharwood’s Korma Sauce
2Tbsp double cream / sour cream or yoghurt
75g flaked almonds - toasted
Cooking Method
• Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
• Stir in the sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is
cooked.
• Spoon into a serving dish, swirl in the cream and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Delicious served with Sharwood’s warmed Naan Bread, Green Label Mango Chutney and Puppodums.
