3-4 chicken breasts – cubed
1 Tbsp vegetable oil.
1 jar Sharwood’s Dopiaza Sauce
1Tbsp fresh coriander – chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
• Heat the oil in a pan.
• Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
• Stir in the sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
• Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
