Stir-fried pieces of chicken, tossed in a warm mango dressing

Dressing Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Sharwood’s Green Label Mango Chutney
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breast - thickly sliced
100g (4oz) green salad leaves
Cooking Method
• Mix together dressing, beat until smooth.
• Stir fry chicken in oil for 5 minutes until just cooked.
• Add dressing, warm through.
• Arrange chicken on a bed of leaves, pour over warm dressing.
• Serve immediately.
