    350g braising beef - cubed
    1 jar Sharwood’s Madras Sauce
    1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish

    Cooking Method

    • Add beef to a pan, add the contents of this jar and stir together.

    • Heat gently to the boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.

    • Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.

    Delicious served with Sharwood’s Naan Bread and Green Label Mango Chutney.
