Beef in Oyster and Thai Basil Sauce
This is a classic dish; beef is the perfect choice to stir-fry with our rich Oyster and Thai Basil Sauce.

Shopping list
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
200g rump steak – thinly sliced
100g fine green beans - trimmed and blanched
1 small red pepper - diced
1 jar Sharwood’s Oyster and Thai Basil Stir-Fry Sauce
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
Add the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the beans and red peppers, continue stir-frying for a further 3 minutes, until the beef and vegetables are cooked.
Pour over the sauce, heat through and serve.
Delicious served with Sharwood’s Noodles and Thai Crackers.
