    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 large red pepper - cubed
    350g fresh tiger prawns
    1 jar Sharwood’s Balti Sauce
    1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped

    Cooking Method

    • Heat the oil in a pan, add red pepper, stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until the pepper is just beginning to soften.

    • Add the prawns, cook for 3 minutes or until the prawns change colour.

    • Stir in the sauce, and gently heat through.

    • Stir in freshly chopped coriander, serve immediately with Basmati rice or warmed Sharwood’s Naan Breads.
