2 Blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 carrot - sliced into matchsticks
1 red peppers - thinly sliced
50g (2oz) mangetout - halved lengthways
110g (4oz) beansprouts
1 pot Sharwood's Malaysian Noodle Sauce
Cooking Method
Cook noodles as directed on back of pack and drain. Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry carrot, pepper and mangetout two minutes. Add beansprouts and cook for a further minute. Stir in the sauce. Add noodles, heat through, and serve immediately.
