1 Tbsp vegetable oil
300g good quality lamb - cubed
1 jar Sharwood's Malaysian Rendang
Fresh coconut shavings for garnish
Cooking Method
Pre heat the oven to150ºC fan, 170ºC conventional, Gas 3.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the lamb and fry for 5 minutes to brown the meat.
Place the meat in a casserole dish and stir in the sauce.
Cover and cook in the oven for an 1½ hours or until the meat is succulent and tender.
Garnish with fresh coconut shavings.
