Malaysian Curry Prawns With Noodles

2 blocks Sharwood's Fine Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 green pepper - finely sliced
175g (6oz) tiger prawns - peeled and cooked
1 pot Sharwood's Malaysian Noodle Sauce
Cooking Method
Cook noodles as directed on back of pack and drain. Heat oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry green pepper for 1-2 minutes. Add prawns and stir-fry for a further minute. Stir in the contents of one jar of Sharwood's Malaysian Stir-in Sauce for Noodles. Add noodles, heat through and serve immediately.
