1Tbsp vegetable oil
300g piece frying steak - thinly sliced
1 Sharwood's Sri Lankan Devil Curry
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or a deep sided frying pan, add the beef, stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the beef is almost cooked.
Stir in the sauce, and gently heat through.
Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
