Spicy Chicken Noodles

Shopping list
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breast - sliced
1 red onion - sliced
100g baby sweetcorn - halved
50g sun dried tomatoes or sunblush tomatoes - thinly sliced
2 sachets Sharwood's Stir-Fry Noodles
4 - 6 Tbsp Sharwood's Sweet Chilli
2 spring onions - shredded for garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a deep-sided frying pan or wok.
Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the onion and continue frying for a further 2 minutes.
Add baby corn, sun dried tomatoes, Noodles and Chilli Sauce, stir-fry for a further 2 minutes until the ingredients are heated through.
Serve immediately garnished with spring onion.
