    Sweet Chilli and Lemongrass Noodle Stir-Fry

    Use Sharwood’s Stir-Fry Pad Thai Noodles to create this quick easy stir-fry.

    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 chicken breasts - sliced
    100g mangetout - halved lengthways
    100g baby sweetcorn
    1 jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Lemongrass
    2 sachets Sharwood's Stir-Fry Pad Thai Noodles

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.

    Add the chicken, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

    Add the baby sweet corn and mange tout, continue stir-frying for 2 minutes.

    Add noodles and 1 jar Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli and Lemongrass Stir-Fry.

    Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes until the noodles are heated through and serve.
