500g lamb mince
150g chopped frozen spinach, defrosted and well drained
1 clove garlic, crushed
¾ tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Jar Sharwood's Rogan Josh
Cooking Method
Place the mince, spinach, garlic, cumin and seasoning in a bowl and mix together well. Divide mixture evenly into 8 portions and shape into a 5.5cm diameter patty.
Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, cook patties, turning once during cooking, for 10-12 minutes or until well cooked through.
Empty the jar of sauce into a pan and heat through.
Arrange the patties on a warm serving dish, pour over the sauce and serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
