1/2 cucumber
1 small carton natural full fat yoghurt
1 Tbsp fresh mint -chopped
3 finely chopped medium sun-dried tomatoes
5 Tbsp curd cheese
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Green Label Mango Chutney
3 Tbsp tomato ketchup
3 Tbsp Sharwood's Bengal Spice Mango Chutney
Cooking Method
Cucumber Raita
A refreshing yoghurt based dip.
Grate ½ cucumber, sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 minutes, drain well. Mix with 1 small carton natural yoghurt and 1 Tbsp freshly chopped mint, serve immediately.
Chutney & Sun-Dried Tomato Cream
A great combination to serve with Puppodoms
Mix together 3 finely chopped medium sun-dried tomatoes, 5 Tbsp curd cheese and 1Tbsp of your favourite Sharwood’s Mango Chutney. Serve immediately.
Spicy Tomato Relish
A delicious spicy relish great as a dip or relish with burgers
Mix together 3 Tbsp tomato ketchup and 3Tbsp Sharwood’s Bengal Spice Chutney. Serve immediately.
