350g thick cod fillet cut into chunks
1 jar Sharwood's Lighter Korma
1 Tbsp chopped coriander for garnish
Cooking Method
Place cod in a pan, pour over sauce.
Gently simmer, uncovered for 5-10 minutes, or until the cod is just cooked.
Serve immediately garnished with fresh coriander.
