Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce
Sharwood’s Oyster Sauce is made to an authentic Chinese recipe and contains the extract of real oysters and gives a delicious savoury flavour to stir-fry dishes

1 small head broccoli - broken into small florets
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic finely sliced
350g frying beef - sliced
2cm piece ginger - finely sliced
½ bottle Sharwood's Oyster Sauce
Cooking Method
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain well.
Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan.
Stir-fry the garlic and ginger over a high heat for 1 minute.
Add the beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned and almost cooked.
Add the broccoli, stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the oyster sauce, tumble the meat and broccoli until well coated and the sauce is heated through.
