1 pot Sharwood's Black Bean and Roasted Pepper Noodle Sauce
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
175g (6oz) salmon fillets - cut into thick strips
4 spring onions - shredded to garnish
2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
Cooking Method
Cook noodles as directed and drain. Combine the contents of one jar of Sharwood's Black Bean and Roasted Pepper Stir-in Sauce for Noodles with the soy sauce in a pan. Add fish and gently simmer for two to three minutes until fish is just cooked. Place noodles on warm serving dish, pour over fish and serve immediately, garnished with spring onions.
