Pan Fried Salmon with Light Soy Sauce
A quick delicious way of cooking salmon, flavoured with Sharwood’s Light Soy Sauce

2 salmon fillets with the skin on
3 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 spring onions shredded to garnish
Cooking Method
Slash the skin of the salmon at 2.5cm intervals.
Turn over the fillets and rub 1 Tbsp of the Soy Sauce into the flesh.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Pan fry the salmon, skin side down, until golden and crispy for approx. 5 minutes, turn, cover and continue frying until just cooked.
Place the salmon on a warmed serving dish, drizzle over the remaining Soy Sauce.
Serve immediately garnished with spring onion.
