2 blocks Sharwood's Fine Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
175g (6oz) beef sirloin/rump - sliced
1 red peppers - thinly sliced
1 pot Sharwood's Black Bean and Roasted Pepper Noodle Sauce
1 Spring onion - shredded
Cooking Method
Cook noodles as directed on back of pack and drain. Heat oil and stir-fry beef for 2-3 minutes. Add red pepper and stir-fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Stir in the sauce. Add noodles, heat through and, serve immediately.
