1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g pork fillet - thickly sliced
1 x 415g jar Sharwood's Sweet & Sour
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in the wok or deep-sided frying pan.
Add the pork stir-fry for 3 minutes or until cooked.
Pour over the sauce, heat through and serve.
