    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2-3 chicken breasts - sliced
    1 x 415g jar Sharwood's Black Bean & Red Pepper
    1 spring onion - sliced to garnish

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, add chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes, or until cooked.
    Add the sauce, heat through and serve immediately garnished with spring onion.
