Grilled Chilli Prawns with Toasted Sesame Seeds
Prawns glazed with Thai Chilli Sauce coated with toasted sesame seeds makes the perfect celebration dish, or serve as a canapé with drinks

24 raw tiger prawns - peeled
8 short wooden skewers
2 -3 Tbsp Sharwood's Thai Chilli
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1-2Tbsp sesame seeds - toasted
Cooking Method
Thread the prawns onto skewers, 3 on each.
Brush with Thai chilli sauce.
Cook the prawns on a preheated gridle or pan fry for 3-5 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
