1 red pepper - sliced
1 green pepper - sliced
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar Sharwood's Balti
225g fresh tiger prawns - uncooked
2 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Stir-fry the peppers in the oil for 2 minutes. Add prawns and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until prawns turn pink. Pour over Balti sauce, heat through for 2 - 3 minutes, serve immediately, garnished with coriander.
