Wok Soy Prawns with Chilli
Wok Soy a fusion of soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and aromatic spices with stir fried prawns and fresh chilli to create the authentic, vibrant aromatic Szechuan dish.

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 small onion - sliced
1 small green pepper - diced
2 cloves garlic - sliced
red chilli - sliced into fine rings
300g cooked tiger prawns
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Wok Soy
Coriander leaves for garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil to a high heat in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add onion and green pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic and chilli and fry for 1 minute.
Add prawns and continue frying for 1-2 minutes or until the prawns are heated through.
Stir in the Wok Soy and toss the ingredients until well coated.
Serve immediately, garnished with coriander.
