Spicy Sweet and Sour Ribs

1 jar Sharwood's Kung Po
2 spring onions shredded to garnish
12 pork spare ribs
Cooking Method
Preheat the oven to fan 170ºC / conventional 190°C/ gas 5.
Separate the ribs, place in an ovenproof dish.
Pour the sauce over the ribs, cover with foil and, bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
After an hour, remove the foil, turn the oven up to fan 200ºC / conventional 220ºC gas 7, cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately with plain boiled rice.
