2-3 chicken breasts - sliced
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
1 x 425g jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Red Pepper
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
Add the chicken, stir-fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Pour over the sauce, heat through and serve immediately garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
